I tutored around 6 students for 20 minutes per shift. Responsibilities included

• Brainstorming 

• Reviewing Papers

• Analyzing Texts

• Outlining papers

I co-created a fundraising tool kit to help volunteers from the Refugee Children Center create fundraisers to assist the non-profit and bring more beneficial programs for them.

I created flyers both in English and Spanish with important policies and information for CARECEN clients.

I did Grant writing for both the Refugee Children Center and a grassroots organization named Diversify our Narrative. I was able to obtain the grant for Diversify our Narrative to help fund BIPOC novels.

With two other partners we created a map with key services and resources that are assets to the community in targeting the social determinants of health present in the Azusa community.  

I developed a Podcast for the Non-Profit Hermanas Unidas de UCLA. It was a project that I both envisioned and was very proud of.
